In 2013, he found his way to yoga as a variation to his physical exercise practice. Within 2 months of beginning to practice yoga regularly, he suffered a terrible loss when he tragically lost his dear brother. And so began his journey into healing and conscious living, first studying Raja Yoga (200 hours) with Yogini Kali OM at Hatha Raja Yoga in Baltimore, MD. After a short time, he found his teacher and Guru, Sri Dharma Mittra in New York, NY and continued his studies at Dharma Yoga (500 hours). Eric has a passion for sharing Sri Dharma Mittra’s teachings - living the life of a yogi, full of love and compassion for all beings. His classes draw from the classical science of yoga and include Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing), Mantra (chanting) and Dhyana (meditation). “Yoga has changed my life! I truly love Yoga and have a strong desire to share it with others to help them find ease in their hearts and quiet in their minds.”
